At Growlightup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since lighting is both a functional and aesthetic choice, we understand that sometimes a product may not fit your space as expected. This Refund and Returns Policy is designed to make the process as clear and simple as possible.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item (whether it is a chandelier, desk lamp, or wall light) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Lighting fixtures are fragile. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage and the shipping box to expedite the process.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@growlightup.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made fixtures or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
